Very stylish, clean, cool water on arrival. Staff are helpful, warm and professional. Reception is open 24 hours. Rooms are beautifully decorated with little treats! Optional breakfast (which we bought) was lovely and fresh and served in a beautiful breakfast room. Not much open around there in the morning, so good to have the option. Hotel fronts a small canal, is very close to various restaurants and an easy 5 minute walk to Salute ferry wharf (ramps over the foot bridge just past Santa Maria makes pushing luggage around easier). Short walk to Peggy Guggenheim Collection and other galleries around Accademia and Salute. Location is lovely - not crazy crowded like Rialto area (hot spots are easily accessible by ferry from Salute).

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and they offered to store our luggage, showed us the restrooms for freshening up, provided us with sparkling water, and even gave us a map of the city! The room was comfortable with a large bathroom and comfy mattress. There was a mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a small fee) and complimentary water, coffee, tea, and cookies. Our room overlooked a lovely garden. We arrived by ferry and it was a 14 minute walk to the hotel. A full breakfast was offered for 17 Euro but we decided to explore in the morning and found a cafe around the corner. The staff reserved a water limousine for us the evening before our departure day and it was fantastic! We left from the train station so it would have been too much to walk with luggage.

We liked that it was close to the attractions although be aware that you will need to take vaporetto to visit st marko square, rialto bridge etc however its only a 2 min ride. Also, it was newly decorated in general when compared to other hotels which look ancient. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

Place is nice, felt like were in a film about one day trip to Venice Loved those big windows, cleanliness and a proper beautiful bathroom) Its 10-15 minutes walk to the city center, which is nice, and stuff was very professional Thank you for this stay

Our AC wasnt working properly and we reported to the reception late night. Sonder team proactively reviewed and fixed our AC the next day, and they kept us posted by text all the time. Very good customer service.

I really liked the location: away from the crowds, but conveniently situated to line 6 (perfect when visiting for the biennale, its just one stop to the giardini). I also liked the staff, they were friendly and gave me good restaurant tips.
